Bottle from SuperBrugsen, Tranbjerg. Black with a light brown head. Aroma is sweet, roasted malt and chocolate. Flavor is quite sweet and moderate bitter. Sweet and roasted light bitter finish. 050220

Bottle from Maria. Almost black and opague. Roastaroma with licorice and chocolate. Roastbitter flavor with licorice, coffee and dark chocolate. A herbal bitterness in the longish finish. Well made Baltic porter. Thanks, Maria!

Bottled (backlog). Very deep brown, close to black colour with a small beige head. Aroma is mild chocolate, roasted malts and some slight coffee and mild ryelike notes. Flavour is caramel, roasted malts, mild chocolate as well as some slight smoked wet wooden notes to it. Quite mellow, and very easy to drink. Big pale brown head. Opaque black body. Roasty earthy black chocolate aroma with milky red fruit notes. Something in the aroma makes me wonder whether it’s infected. Sweetish red fruit and chocolate taste with earthy notes. Mid-bodied. Mild, soft, powdery mouthfeel. Sweetish chocolatey fruity aftertaste with vanilla and cardamom notes. Complex and unusual. Very nice. (0.5l bottle, from SuperBrugsen Fredericia.)

Bottle @ Brugsen. Pours cloudy Dark Brown with a off white head. Fine roast, bread and chocolate. A bit of yeast but quite clean!

Flaske (7,2%) fra Kvickly Nørrebro, på hytta: brunsvart med kort beige skum. Aroma og smak av lys kaffe, lakris og mørke karameller. Svak bitterhet, tynn munnfylde og lite ettersmak. Utterly forgettable.
