Bottle. Apparently this beer was out of production but produced again with a little lower alcoholpercentage of 4.5%. Given the minor changes I rate this beer under the existing 'out of production' entry. Bought at BioCoop in Coutances july 2020. Color: Pale yellow golden, fast disappearing frothy white head. Aroma: Wheat malt, orange. Taste: Over moderate sweet, moderate bitter, wheat malt, notes of orange, orange peel and coriander. Smooth mouthfeel. Medium body, below average carbonation. Ok but simple, bit boring.

Cloudy yellow khaki-ish colour, big frothy white head, mostly diminishing, some lacing. Light aroma with malts, wheat, yeasty, bit fruity, coriander, citrus. Taste light sweet and light sour, light fruity. Light body, oily texture, soft carbonation, light sweet and sour finish, lemon grass and coriander notes. Mediocre witbier.

330ml bottle. Slightly hazy, yellow-ish golden colour with average, collapsing, white head. Typical Wit aroma, wheaty, slightly spicy, a touch of orange zest. Taste is wheaty, notes of lemon, orange zest, a touch of coriander; light, minimally watery. Refreshing, drinkable, classical.

33cl bottle from a colleague. Hazy pale gold thin collar of white bubbles. Now I do like me a Belgian style Witbier. And this is perfect for me. Aperatif before a curry. It’s good. Tangerine and orange, some hop on the finish. Good.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Distinct pwerfumy coriander in the nose. Medium body, a pleasant fruitiness - the orange peel is really coming through - and again a solid shot of coriander. Pleasant for the style. 070413
