Cask gravity at White Cliffs BF 2007. Ruby colour beer with thin beige head. Bit of an ash tray aroma, with some sweaty sox hop. I had this down more like a brown ale than anything else, but it was very drinkable and a good beer to close out the first day of the festival. 3.2/5.0 Re-rate cask handpull at The Chambers, Folkestone. Deep ruby, lasting dark beige head. Cracking condition. Amazingly complex malt with earthy hoppy finish. Rich malts are both juicy and dry. Christmas cake flavours and an almost sherry like quality. Earthy dry hoppiness on finsh balances the malt perfectly. Superb
