Bottle from Beers of Europe [210115]
Light copper, clear, thin film, no head
Aroma of soft caramel, some toasted malt, bit earthy, slight toffee
Taste of soft caramel, soft fruits, slight lemon citrus, dab of brown bread crust, soft toffee, soft citrus hops, mainly malts. 6.5 round up to 7.
Palate - soft carb. light body, soft sweet and bitter. Finish as main flavour., more toasted malts in finish
Overall - Easy going, simple, malty bitter, quite a decent flavour. Obviously designed to broad appeal as the brewer mentions here.
