Bottle, 75cl corked. An almost clear one, golden in color and with a small, off-white head on top. The aroma is very weak, with fruityness and some pale malts. The flavor is equally weak and uninteresting. Not that it’s foul in any way, it’s just so bland it’s boring to drink. Medium body, quite dry. Short finish with some bitterness. A decent one, but it’s dead boring and doesn’t invite to revisit. 130216

Bottle from La Cave à Bulles. Hazy orange gold color with a large, fine white head. Aromas of citrus and fleshy light fruits. Medium body with frothy carbonation. It’s a little bitter with citrus and likely coriander. It’s both fruity and floral. Finishes decently bitter. Strongly flavored for a blonde. A joy to drink.
