A stylish and indulgent contemporary creation. A German style wheat beer offering spicy soft banana notes, yet dry hopped to finish fresh and fruity. Brewed with a totally new recipe; same name, new beer!

Half-pint, cask, shared with Finn at Southampton Arms. A headless, cloudy orange body coloured beer. Tart-sweet aroma. Taste of oranges, mid-sweet, and subdued yeasty fruitiness. A not-too-sweet weizen (London, 06.11.2012).

Cask at the Southampton Arms, Kentish Town - 20/04/12. Hazy golden with a small white head. Wheat and citrus nose which also lends to the taste with a touch of spice in there allied to yeast. Medium bodied, dry finish - ok.

Cask at Windsor Locale beer festival 2012. A hazy golden coloured pour with a small white head on top. Yeasty, fruity aroma. Tastes yeasty, malty, spice, tropical fruit, lemon. Not bad but lacking complexity.

Cask@Reading Beer Festival 2012. Hazy golden colour with a small white head. Aroma is wheat, quite zesty and a bit tropical fruity notes with mild yeastyness. Flavour is rather similar in a nice balance, mild-not-too-sweet toffeeish notes are also lurking in there. Balanced and pleasant.

(Cask at Market Porter, Southwark, London, 25 Nov 2011) Hazy amber colour with frothy, off-white head. Fruity, slightly wheaty nose with orange, lemon and a touch of soap. Fruity taste with notes of apricots, orange and a slightly sourish wheat character. Medium body, mild bitterness, a touch of sweetness. Decent, but hardly exciting.

Cask-conditioned at the London Beer Festival, Seven Stars, Bristol 6/12/2011. Slightly hazy gold with a slight white head. Aroma of grains, tart fruit and spice. Flavour of sweetish malts with more fruit and spice, leading to a dryish finish. Fine.
