500ml bottle from Raynville Superstore. It pours hazy yellow - blonde with a thick, fluffy white head. The aroma is soft, doughy white bread, wheat crackers, chalky green banana, banana split, warming spice, clove rock and damp herbal/coriander vibes. The taste is crispy, dry, snappy, firm, bitter - sweet, green banana, slightly chalky, twist of zingy citrus, lemon, orange peel, toasty grain, hay, grass, herbal and floury wheat bread with a dry finish. Medium body and moderate, fluffy carbonation. Quite bright and crisp. Nice weisse.

Bottle shared on the train during the Bamberg Post Christmas Jolly - January 2014. Pours cloudy yellow with a big, fluffy white head. Sugary wheat in here, light bubblegum, clove, citrus, banana. Light bodied with average carbonation. Simple and sweet in the finish, dried wheat, sugary banana, yeast. OK.

Bottle online from Beers Of Europe. Label: Neumarkter Lammsbrau Weisse Helles Bio-Hefeweisbier 5.1%. Pours a hazy pale yellow colour with a medium sized creamy white head. Aromas of bananas, cloves, pears and bubblegum. Taste has more bananas and cloves, a touch more pears and bubblegum with some added peppery spice on the finish. Medium body with a lively fizzy mouthfeel. Nice representation of the style with good flavour. Above average Hefe.

Bottle. Cloudy pale orange with a firm white head. Aroma and taste of clove, yeast, lemons, wheat and some ripe bananas. Moderate bitterness. Strong carbonation. This is a decent Hefeweizen. Nothing to write home about but do it anyway cause every decent person loves finding a postcard or a handwritten letter in the mailbox from time to time.

0,5 l bottle. Pours hazy golden with medium, lasting white head. Aroma of hefe, ripe banana, malt, yeast and clove, there is also light unpleasant sulfur aroma. Taste is mildly sweet, low bitterness and ever so slightly sour. Body is medium, carbonation quite lively and appropriate for hefe. Finish is short banana and a bit of sulfur. Not special, but decent and refreshing. Too bad for aroma of sulfur.

500ml bottle from Web-Bier; BB 29th Jan 2021. Drank in the afternoon sun on 18th Jul 2020, poured into my Hofbrau hause 'Munchner Kindl' weissbier glass. Cloudy golden/yellow body, full white head. Soft banana esters with some wheat in the nose, taste similar, light spicy touches too.

Bottle drunk in Südtirol, brought from Munich. Great estery banana/sweet/yeasty nose on Golden yellow hazy beer, crowned with a decent head but fast gone for a Weissbier. Flavor is very full, sweet, banana, not extremely complex but very refreshing. Slightly chalky aftertaste. Traditional Bavarian style. Glad that my wife accidentally got this in a crate of alkfrei.
