Taster at the brewpub. Lightly cloudy, straw colored. AROMA- malt, vanilla, touch of citrus, floral, alcohol. FLAVOR- neutral, slightly bitter, alcohol, malt, vanilla, citrusy, floral. Light to medium bodied. Unclean, not so good.

Etter å ha gått planken på Siem Reap Brewpub sammen med Kitty, avslutter vi med hver vår 0,33: lett uklar lys gylden med fint skum som varer. Fruktig anslag både i aroma og smak - overmodne appelsiner, nesler//løvetann, gress. Smaker bedre enn det høres ut. Lang ettersmak med fin bitterhed.

Aroma is light fresh citrus, some hops, a hint of maltiness. Taste is minerally fresh and sweet malty. Balanced but a little too watery. Quaffable at least. A bit thin.

Draft at Siem Reap Brewpub. Clear golden with a white head. Aroma of light citrus, grain and light malt. Flavour is light to moderate sweet and moderate bitter. Medium bodied with light carbonation.

Tap at the brewpub. Poured a crystal clear light golden colour with a short-lived frothy white head. The aroma is biscuit malt, light citrus fruit, dry hop. The flavour is light bitter sweet with a fresh, malt, light spice, light dry hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation.

On tap at Siem Reap Brewpub, pours a hazy copper blonde with a small off-white head. Aroma brings out dry biscuity malt, not much else. Flavour is quite dry and crisp, with biscuity malt driving this one. Not a whole lot else to speak. Clean and drinkable. Okay.

Sample from tap @Siem Reap Brewpub, Siem Reap. Clear golden, good frothy white head, good lacing. Aroma pale malts, grain, floral hops, hint of lemon grass, yeast. Taste medium sweet and light bitter, grain, dough, light hoppiness. Bitter aftertaste, light coriander, bit citrus, grainy bitterness, medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation, nice.
