Cask, Wirral Food and Drink festival. Ah said pay attention, boy ! Dark clear reddy colour with a medium creamyish white head. Fragrant hoppy aroma. Good balance of malt and fruit in the flavour with a nice dry bitter finish. A very drinkable bitter.
