Keg at the hack and hop. Hoping this counts as a London brewery tick. Very pale yellow with a thinwhite head. Aroma is pils grains, little zip of lemon, Belgian lager yeast, little farmyard. Flavour is composed of light grains a little straw, tangy apple. Nice dry finish and remains a pretty drinkable. Palate is refreshing, pretty crisp, dry finish. Lingering pils grain and tangy apple. Decent posh lager.

Dean Swift. As ’Dean Swift Belgian Pils’. Clear gold beer, little white head. Palate is smooth and with nice fresh minerally carbonation. Fresh pale malt, a little nutty. Super mild citrus. Finishes with a crisp bite. Good light pils!
