Draught at the brewpub. Cloudy, dark copper colored. AROMA- dark fruit, dates, plums, prunes, touch of bread crusts, chocolate, Hašlerky. FLAVOR- neutral to dry, moderately bitter, the same as aroma. Medium bodied. Well balanced and tasty.

Jeg går planken på Siem Reap Brewpub sammen med Kitty, mars-19: brunsvart med ok skum. Røstet malt, kaffe, lakrissjokolade og et bjørnebær eller to. Slank og lettdrikkelig, og Kittys favoritt denne kvelden.

Aroma is rich earthy malt, coffee, cappucino, molasses, honey, slight chocolate. Taste is slight chocolate coffee bitterness with more sweet molasses. Long finish. Full bodied. Complex. Nice.

Draft at the Siem Reap Brewpub. Poured a clear dark brown with a short-lived broken off white head. The aroma is roasted malt, nutty, liqouirce, charcoal. The flavour is moderate liquorice bitter with a roasty, dry, slightly watery, light chocolate, dry hop bitter palate. Medium to light bodied with average to soft carbonation. More like a porter than a brown ale, but not bad all the same.

Draft at Siem Reap Brewpub. Brown with a tan head. Aroma of dark malt, overripe dark fruits, a little roast, chocolate and light licorice. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

On tap at Siem Reap Brewpub, pours a dark brown with a reddish tinge and a small beige head. Aroma brings out dark chocolate, some metallic notes and toasted malt. Flavour is along the same lines, with dark cocoa, heavy metallic notes and toasted malt. Light-bodied and very metallic. This is shit.

Sample from tap @Siem Reap Brewpub, Siem Reap. Deep dark brown colour, small frothy beige head, light lacing. Aroma toasted malts, cocoa, palm sugar, light liquorice. Taste light heavy sweet, light bitter, roasted malts, chocolate, light espresso. Medium body, creamy texture, soft carbonation, very nice porter-like dark ale.
