330ml bottle. Pale golden body with a medium white head. A bit sweetish hay and fruit aroma. Flavor is fruity, sweet with some malt/grass/hay (not to dominating) and actually a bitter finish. Body is naturally rather watery, but all in all not to bad considered non alcoholic. A thirst-quencher.

Clear golden with tiny white short lasting head. Sweet fruity aroma with notes of unfermented barley. Flavor goes the same way with some brewing cereal notes.

Small white head. Hazy yellow body with carbonation. Grainy, milky, rubbery aroma with spicy, herbal notes. Dry straw taste with herbal, rubbery notes. Residual sweetness is also noticeable. Soft, milky mouthfeel. Dry earthy herbal aftertaste. Interesting, and very different. The powerful herbal character that runs through the whole beer certainly sets it apart. One of the better alcohol-free beers I’ve had, and probably the only hazy one. (0.33l bottle at Cardinal, Stavanger.)

330 ml green bottle, courtesy of Cardinal pub, Stavanger. Like all Neumarkter Lammsbräu beers, it is organic. Pale golden colour with a slight chill haze, moderate head. Strong sweetish aroma of wort and cooked vegetables, also some flowery aromatic hops with hints of honey. The flavour is quite sweet and malty, with some hints of over-boiled vegetables and maize baby porridge, but better than many other n/a beers. There are also some moderate hops around. Acceptable, if you have to drive.

Bottled. Hazy golden, no head. Aroma of menthol and raisiny wort. Sweetish with rounded moutheel and fairly light body. Bready malt makes it fairly bold for a N/A. Some hay-like hops adds to the pleasaure and gives some nice late bitterness.

(Bottle 33 cl) Pale golden with a small, dense head. Has the weird, soft sweetness often found in non alcohols, but fortunately no metallic tang. Rather fresh and quenching with nice aroma hops. 270402

Bottle. Golden colour, very unstable head. Almost clear. Strange bready aroma. Very sweet flavour, a little teaish. Bordering on ice tea. Harsh, bitter aftertaste. Not beer.

It has a powerful aroma of both malt and hops - nice aroma. The color is yellow and slightly hazy, and it has a fine head. The flavor is at first sweet as well as bitter - a fine hops - very fresh. But then it turns watery before the bitterness settles on your tongue. It has no palate and is way too simple in its composition. OK - for a alcohol free beer.
