Clear amber colour, cream head. Aroma of hops, caramel and malts. Light bitter flavour, orange peel. Finish orange peel and lingering sweet sugar notes.

Bottle @ ZZT 8. Amber color, medium sized beige head. Smell and taste malts, a slight touch of orangepeel, caramel. Medium body and carbonation.

Bottle - fuzzy amber pour with a medium sized off white head. Sweet caramel malts, sweet yeast, brown sugar, syrup, with some slight spicy citrus hop nuances throughout, pine, and herbal/floral nuances. Beautiful.

Sample from 50 cl bottle, Batch # 583. Slightly hazy, amber (!) colour with a small, off-white head. Fruity aroma with caramel malts, citrus, grass and hay. Taste is sweet. Medium body, creamy texture and an average carbonation. Finishes dry and fruity with lightly toasted malts. Nice Amber.

Bottle @ Papsø. Pours a slightly hazy amber color with a small off-white head. Has a fruity malty hoppy grapefruit caramel aroma. Fruity malty hoppy caramel flavor with hints of grapefruit. Has a fruity malty hoppy bitter grapefruit finish with hints of caramel.

50 cL bottle. Pours hazy orange to light brown with a small white head. Aroma is fruity, peachy, light pine and grapefruity hops. Smooth fruity, peachy to light grapefruity. Light bodied. Bitter and lingering hops fruity finish, mild toasted malty too.

Bottle 500ml.Unclear medium amber colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, caramel, moderate to heavy hoppy, citrus, grapefruit, orange - citrus. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, manure - wood, peach. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20130315]

Bottle @ Papsoe tasting. Hazy amber with small off-white head. Aroma is malt, caramel, toasted, hop and a little peach. Flavour is malt, caramel, toasted, medium sweet, little peach, hop and a little bitter.

Bottled. A hazy amber beer with a thin beige head. The aroma has notes of caramel, hops, and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of straw, malt, and hops, leading to a dry finish. The body is light.
