On tap. Almost clear amber with a creamy white head leaving laces. Sweet caramel and distinct butter in the nose. Medium body, sweetish fruit and caramel with a distinct moldy touch. The Amarillo has absolutely no aromatic impact but simply adds bitterness. What a sad waste of good aroma hops. 070113

Draft. An amber beer with a lazing yellowish head. The aroma has notes of caramel, brewmash, and spicy hops. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, yeast, caramel, and hops, leading to a dry finish. Reminds me of oldschool Apollo.
