Õlle on selline jook, et iga uus kord kui klaasi või pudeli suule tõstad, siis leiad midagi uut, sõltuvalt tuhandest-miljonist pisiasjast, mis hetke olukorda mõjutavad. Seega piirdun iga õlle juures selle tekstiga.

330ml bottle from Beer52; BB 1st Nov 2020. Drank at home on 17th Feb 2020. Very dark body, smooth tanned foam on top. Smoky Peat Bog aroma and taste with some coffee, ham and vanilla in both the nose and flavours also. Interesting and a little different, slightly bitter in the finish, would have liked more 'body depth' as it was leaning towards 'watery' for a smoked Porter to me.

Freebie bottle from Beer52. Smokey roast aroma. Dark and glossy. Creamy beige head. Initia dark berries. Then gains a liqourice and charcoal bitterness. All through a delicate smokiness. Medium bodied. Creamy. Average-flat carbonation. Long finish. Enjoyable stuff - what I want from a smoked porter.

[33cl bottle from Beer52.] A glossy cola brown pour with a ring of cream head; aroma of chocolate syrup and smoke; tart fruity taste followed by sweet chocolate; then a very smoky finish.

Can at Firkin Alehouse Folkestone tasting December. black beer lasting tan head. smoke aroma. bonfire. lightly smoked bacon. some nuttiness. lovely. chocolate. good smoked. slight spice.

Tight beige head stayed on a black still body. Demerara, berry & smoky aroma. Medium bodied, soft over the tongue with a clean back. Starts off nice with malt, brown sugar, berry & dark spirits - then the smoky bacon kicks in....

Bottle. Nice and smoky, good meatiness. Smooth and slightly sweet, bit fruity. Brown sauce. Nice.

Bottle from Tbone, thanks! Deep dark brown color, almost opague. Hints of smoke, roast and hazelnuts in the aroma. Full bodied. Roast, hint of smoke, hazelnuts and milk chocolate in the sweetish flavor. Very nice beer, the smoke is subtle.

7 3 8 3 15 Draft at Brewda '17. Near black with a tan head. Aroma of smoked malt, smokey bacon, caramel and chocolate. Flavour is above moderate sweet and moderate bitter. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

F: big, tanned, average to good retention. C: dark, opaque. A: smoked woody & meat, cocoa, chocolate, bit of dark dried fruits. T: roasted malt, chocolate, dry cocoa, bit of coffee, dark bread crust, medium body, low carbonation, nice balanced and enjoyed but aroma is slightly better than taste, 33cl bottle from Tallinna Kaubamaja Toidumaailm in Tallin, Estonia.
