500ml (thx, Randall C. for proxying) @ Ryan's. Appearance: dark brown with no head but some coconut pieces flowing on top. Aroma: barrel, very sweet, coconut, some coffee and maple syrup. Taste: same, nicely integration of all flavours. Overall: great one!

Poured from 500mL bottle (2022 vintage). Near black with no head and a touch of sediment. Lots of coconut and coffee with vanilla and chocolate, super feint maple syrup underneath, alcohol hidden. Excellent.

Dark brown, flat. So much maple, lots of coffee, a bit of vanilla, and big bourbon character. It's huge and rich, a bit of coconut, boozy, lots of nutty coffee character. The maple underpins everything, but it's more the vanilla and coconut that round it out. Massive sugars of course. Complex, excellent.

Draught @ Peders. Intense with barrel notes, some vanilla, coffee, cocoa, maple syrup, chocolate sauce and bourbony oakiness. Quite complex and balanced.

Coffee chocolate comes out the most for me. Morning brown!

Bottle thanks to Shaun. Pours a dark brown with small tan head that lasts. The aroma is wood, cocoa, bourbon, roast. Slick body, dark chocolate, spice, vanilla, boozy, enjoyed this.
