Amber with a frothy head that soon fades. Aroma promises plums and green apples. Taste is sour with a mild, oak bitterness at the finish. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation. Drinkable.

330ml bottle. Cloudy, orange, dark golden to amber colour with small, creamy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Fruity aroma with an ephemeral, mildly funky touch, sweet-ish, minimally sugary, malty background, hints of plum; somehow unripe plum and overripe plum at once. Taste is sweet(-ish)-and-sour(-ish) fruity, minimally nutty and malty, notes of plum, ripe plum, unripe plum, some fruit acidic tartness, a touch of green wood.
Oily-watery texture, smooth, minimally astringent palate, medium, soft carbonation.
Nice fruitiness, relatively light and refreshing - not bad.

A clear orange golden beer, no head. Aroma of caramelized malt, some dried fruits, plums? Taste of tart plums, caramel, mild brett.

Mild säuerlicher, fruchtig-herber Beginn, eher trocken, rund. Süffig, kernig, nett aber auch schnell vergessen. 7/9/8/8/10/8
