Bright yellow with a small white head. Boozy with strong chardonnay, ginger powder and chamomile. Long finish. Medium body.

Hazy, pale, just a thin head. Sort of thin, vinous, a little bit buggy. I’m not sold on the ferm…aiming for complex buggy wine beer but not quite getting there.

Half goblet @Able Baker Vegas. Blanche is an opaque, pale honey gold, frothier than the rouge. Orange, very yeasty, acidic nose. Over it. Orange, slightly more acid, doughy, lingering pith. Boozy. Okay.

Sampled from the tap at the brewery. Pours a clear light gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has light bread and straw with white wine and dry flora backing. Flavor has dry white wine and light sweet grains with a bit of straw and flora underlying.
