(Bottle) Deep red colour with frothy, pinkish white head. Fruity, sourish nose with notes of raspberries, grapes, vanilla, strawberries. Fruity, tart taste with sour raspberries, strawberries, red grapes and a tart and vinous finish with a light underlying sweetness. Almost full body, with a light sweetness. Quite well balanced, hides its 10% really well. A bit one-dimensional, but well made and tasty. Nice one.

Flaska från SB. Knappt två år gammal. Skummet far ur flaskan när den öppnas. Vätskan liknar grumlig outspädd jordgubbssaft med ett högt smutsrosa skum som sjunker till ett krämigt lock. Riktgt fin sötsyrlig doft med massor av hallon. Söta hallon, lätt syrlig men också sträva tanniner balanserar sötman väl. En framboise med en touch av rött vin. Torr syrlig avslutning. En utmärkt hallonöl som kanske inte matchar de bästa från Belgien och USA men inte ligger långt efter. Riktigt gott.

Bottle. Deep murky pink brown liquid with small to medium light pink head. Aroma of toffee, red berries, autolysis, apples, vinegar and barnyard. Taste is dry and light to medium sour with notes of red berries, lemon peel and raw sugar. Medium bodied with medium carbonation. Nice.

Bottle. Red amber colour with a pinkish beige head. Aroma is alcohol, raspberry. Flavour is alcohol, raspberry, malt, brett, oak. Nice beer.

Bottle bought @ systembolaget. Pours hazy ruby red with a big frothy pinkish bluish beige head that slowly dissipates while leaving lots of sticky lacing and trace on the glass Smell is fruity and funky with biscuits, raspberries, bilberries, dark grapes, lemon juice, moist wood, "forest fruit" hard candy, bilberry pie, vanilla cream, blackberries, leather, barnyard, hay and dry soil. Taste is sweet, sour, funky and fruity with biscuits, pie crust, black currant seeds, sour cherries, cheap sour red wine, raspberries, blackberries, hay, leather, barnyard, lemon juice, grapefruit juice, moist wood and hints of mushrooms. Mouthfeel is dry, heavy tart, soft and medium bodied. finish is sour, fruity and funky with pie crust, raspberries, lemon juice, moist wood, barnyard, leather, grapefruit juice, cheap sour red wine and hay. Hides the alcohol really well but you want this to be refreshing and not too heavy. This still is way to heavy for what it is. Bottle, 375ml. A gusher, producing a dense, finger-thick pinkish off-white head. Unclear, reddish amber body. The aroma has raspberry and some brett. A touch of oak in the far back. Raspberries and some funk in the flavor, quite fruity, with a little lemony touch. Medium body, tart and with a lot of carbonation. Fruity, raspberry finish. Not impressive, but quite pleasant anyway. 131231

Gusher. Pours clear deep amber with a off-white head. Aroma has notes of malt, raspberries, brett and citric acid. Taste is light to medium sweet and light to medium sour with a long fruity and sour finish. Body is medium, texture is thin to oily, carbonation is soft.

Pinky color, small pink head. Tartish fruity aroma - rasberries. Light to medium-bodied. Tart: rasberries, fruityness and dry finish. Nice one.
