Grodziskie, is a historic Polish smoked beer style, pronounced “grow-JEES-kee-uh”, also known as “Polish Champagne”. It is a low-alcohol, highly carbonated, refreshingly light-bodied wheat lager, with an oak-smoke flavor melded with a clean hop bitterness. The smoke character is gentle and flavorful. A moderate bitterness is evident which lingers throughout the finish.

Tasting Notes
Pale straw colored, fresh grain, light smoke, effervescent

Food Pairing
Grodziskie is a great anytime beer, with breakfast, lunch, dinner, or even at snack time. The low ABV opens up the possibility of enjoying Grodziskie all day!

Pale gold, thin head. Nice smokey nose, light body, wheaty, tons of smoke but a fair bit if bitterness and kind of comes across as harsh. Lots to like but clear room for improvement.
