This one's got a nice purple colour, with a pale purple head. This one smells like trouble, honestly. Butryic and butter could both be in there. It's cold. I'm worried about when it warms up. On the palate, it's really tart. Not getting any saison character. It's got a little bit of bugginess and a fair bit of blackberry, but wow it's tart. It's crazy to think about how good this brewery was just a few years ago. Now, everything they do is a struggle. There's only two components to this brew: neither are very good and they aren't going well together either.
