Celebrate 3 years of SBC with this double strength barrel aged Berliner Weisse. This take on a style once called the "Champagne of the north" was brewed strong to survive a long slumber in white wine barrels with lactic acid bacteria and wild yeast. Tart flavours of pineapple, peach, and white grape are supported by buttery oak and a smooth, dry finish. Aged for over a year in Okanagan chardonnay barrels.
