A non-soured fruit beer, made predominantly with BC Haskap berries, as well as a smattering of boysen and blueberries. Deep maroon in colour, with a fluffy pink head. This fruit cup of a beer, is a delightful easy drinking brew.
HOPS/OTHER: Haskap, boysenberries and blueberries. Bramling cross hops.
GRAIN: Pilsner, Munich, wheat and oats

I'm scared of haskap beers. They're never any good and usually are full of butyric. This, however, is an exception. It's good. Just a really beautiful, bright berry character, clean balanced acidity, good body. Vinous character, for a little added complexity. Best haskap beer I've ever had, and also a really solid fruit sour overall.
