Bottle sample at a tasting. Thanks Oren. Clear amber. Aroma of malt, caramel, some fruitiness and cardboard notes. Sweetish malty flavor, oxidized, with a slightly drier finish. Medium-bodied.

Bottle: Clear, ruby-amber coloured; bigger - stable - off-white head; caramelly-fruity nose with a tinge of alcohol in the background; moderate sweet-bitter flavour, medium bodied, a bit tart; sweetish dark-malt and caramel in the short bitter-sweet finish. Average Bock, but not unpleasant......

(bottle) Clear, dark amber colour with a big and tanned foamy head. Sweet and slightly toasty malty aroma with notes of toffee and a slightly ashy touch. Sweet and slightly bitter flavour, medium to full bodied with a moderate carbonation. Toasty malty taste caramel/toffee and shy herbal accents; moderately sweet malty finish with a sudden harsh bitterness/tartness at the very end. Not really convincing dark Bock. 15.IV.10
