Bottle 33 cl. Courtesy of yespr. Pours a cloudy opaque reddish brown with a small beige head. Heavy, mushy berry aroma dominating. Thick and solid body, really chewy, the cherries really come through atop the dark dried fruity Quad base. Doesn’t feel all that alcoholic. Very pleasant. 210113

Bottle @ Berliner Weisse Takeover Ulfborg, 2013. Day 2. Pours muddy dark amber with bubbles on top. Thin and low carbonation. Lots of cinnamon, berries and caramel. Homebrew kit style. Syrupy and sweet. Hot alcohol.

Bottle @ FOneFan, 9%. Dark brown/red with no head. Aroma is malt, yeast, cherries and berries. Flavour is malt, sweet, yeast, sugar, cherries and caramel.

Bottle @ fonefan berliner weisse, cream ale multistate tasting. Small head with short duration. Color is dark brown. Aroma and taste are candy sugar, cherries, soy, dark fruits, earth, malt and hops.

Bottle @ fonefan tasting. hazy dark reddish brown with an off-white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, caramel, cherries and alcohol. Flavor is quite sweet and light bitter. Sweet finish with warming alcohol. 120113

Bottle thanks to Craig. Pours a mostly clear dark brown color with a medium off-white head. A big nose of fruit, especially berries. Caramel and sweet chocolate, cherries, but more earthy berries. Good. Some heat.
