Bottle 500ml. clear glass.Clear medium yellow colour with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, toasted, sour malt. Flavour is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a long duration, acrid, sharp, malty. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. [20130216]

Bottle. It pours a clear, golden body and a small, white head. The aroma is weak and malty, with a faint fruity touch. The flavor is equally boring, but a tad more pronounced. Pale malts, fruityness, bitterness and some piney notes. Dry on the palate, rather thin. Mostly bitter finish. Unbelievely boring, but not foul in any way. Can’t imagine myself drinking it again. 130216

50cl bottle at an outdoor café in Yerevan. My first taste of Armenian beer. Pours pale golden with a minimal white head. Pretty much the standard industrial lager. Perhaps a bit maltier than the other Gyumri beers, but they tasted pretty much the same to me. Quite drinkable.
