Our flagship pale is a classic British pale ale with a nod to the legendary beers of Burton-on-Trent. Copper-colored, dry, clean and crisp with lots of late hope taste in an appetizing complex with ale fruitiness from imported Hampshire yeast.

Ingredients: Two row English malt (pale, crystal and chocolate); Cascade, Mt Hood, Tettnang and Fuggle Hops.

0,3 litre Bottle, from Systembolaget Strømstad Centrum. Clear amber with offwhite head. Malts, hops, yeast, Caramel, sweetness, some Malty bitterness in The finnish.

--Bottled, from Systembolaget. -- Almost clear nut brown, rich firm head. Leafy toasty nose. Mid dry with light to medium body and crisp, rounded mouthfeel. Leafy with toasty malt. Mid bitter finish.

Bottle 35,5 cl. Comes as Geary Original Pale Ale at 5,2%. Pours a clear amber with an off-white head. Nutty, biscuity nose - very British. Fairly light in body, again nuts and dry toffee. Very little bitterness. After all the citrusy APAs around these days, it's kinda fun to have a very old school British style - especially when it's clean and well made like this. A very basic but effective quencher. 180722
