Cask at GBBF. It pours golden yellow-amber, with a thin white head. The nose is wood, leather, leaf and farmyard. The taste is leaf, wood, leather, light caramel, varnish, dust and lemon pith, with a dry finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Not bad, but nothing special.

Cask, half pint well kept and served at the large Wetherspoons in the centre of Milton Keynes. Dense, thin white head blanketing the glass. Clear copper body colour. Faint aroma of grassy hops. Weak malt-fruity taste. Clean bitter end. Easy drinking, does not feel too thin. Food friendly, 21.03.2011.
