Cask. Kelham Island Tavern, Sheffield. Gold, with a light haze. A few suds of head. Honey sweet malts. Some leafy hop. Taste has some fresh hop bitterness. Sweetness remains throughout. Easy drinking, naturally. Light sweet finish. Ok.

(Cask at Akkurat, Stockholm, 26 June 2015) Amber colour with foamy, white head. Malty, fruity nose with notes of toast, citrus and apricots. Malty, fruity taste with toast, apricots, a touch of orange and a balanced earthy bitterness in the finish. Light body, with a touch of sweetness. Hardly remarkable, but, as stated, a satisfying session bitter. Quite enjoyable.

Flavour is base malt, honey, nutty and earthy straw and berry. Finish has drying hop and lingering straw. Some mineral and English yeast. Medium light palate. OK golden ale.
