Bottle pour at the DCBeer December 2025 share. Poured a black color with a small off-white head. Aroma was roasted malts, some licorice. Sweet, smooth. Pleasant vinous port notes. Smooth and enjoyable.

Sampled at Billies day 1. Opaque pitch black color, small brown lacing. Aroma and flavor are malts, roast, roasty bitter. Don't really get much more than this with a cherry vinous note. Hmm not bad.

330ml bottle bought at Vinmonopolet Langnes. Black body under a declining brownish head, scattered lacing. Attractive aromas of earthy chocolate and dark fruits, smoothly roasted. Solid flavour profile with black chocolate, oak, dark fruits and berries, vinous impression. Long lived ending, nicely roasted. Mouthfilling. Perfect sipper on a dark Saturday eve. (Tromsø, 15.11.2025).

330 ml bottle. Pours black with moderate foamy tan head. Aromas of salty dark sugars, dark caramel, vanilla, a little woody port, and dusty roasted malts. Flavors of boozy port, dry roasted malts, licorice and spice. Dry, boozy finish Very good.

Flaska från SB. Kladdig opak kolsvart vätska. Stor doft med mycket portvin, rejäl rund och sammetslen kropp, mörka söta bär, praliner och mycket portvin. Inte superkomplex men en riktigt lyckad fatlagring. Mycket gott

Bottled, from Systembolaget. Black, small brown head. Aroma of wooded red wine, licorice and earth. Sweet with full body and rounded mouthfeel. Port, leather, coffee and licorice. Warming mid bitter finish. A beauty with depth, even if the barrel is taking up a lot of space.

Black with a small head. Aroma is roasted malt, licorice and lots of sweet port. Flavour i roasted malt, toffee and lots of sweet and warming port. I think the port is a bit too overwhelming.
