Can. Black beer with a brown head. Chocolate and gingerbread aroma. Gingerbread and light molasses flavor with light vanilla. Medium-plus bodied. Molasses and ginger linger with light honey.

Small pour at Hardywood, West Creek, 11/2/24. Dark brown color, beige head, drippy lace. Strong gingerbread spice, chocolate, some honey sweetness, and earth. Decently sweet overall. Nice stuff.

16 ounce can. Opaque dark brown color. Brief beige head. Roasted malt nose has big gingerbread notes. Flavor follows nose. Sweet roasted malt flavor hints at ginger, cinnamon, honey and vanilla bean. Some resiny hops in finish. Tasty.

16oz can pours a fairly dark black, decent viscosity, swirling off white head. Nose has a ton of ginger and honey, toast and roast is also there, other muddled baking spices, some brown sugar. Flavor leads and lingers with ginger, chewy malt and molasses, cookie for sure. Full bodied, but honestly the ginger cuts the sugary and the booze.

Can. Poured a dark brown color with a small, light brown head. Aroma was huge ginger notes, more-so than the OG version. Not as creamy, just dark roast with sharp ginger bitterness. Perhaps slightly more enjoyable to drink than the Stout version.
Dark black body medium creamy light brown head. Honey, ginger, toffee, molasses aroma. Roast molasses, ginger honey toffee flavor. Medium full body moderately low carbonation. 8/5/8/4/15 4.0
