Liberty Pils is our light and crispy, dry-hopped, American lager brewed to celebrate the 4th of July. Crafted with meticulous care and a dash of patriotism, this hoppy, refreshing, American lager will liberate your taste buds and have you feeling a surge of pride for the land of the free and the home of the brave. Liberty Pils was brewed with a base of extra pale premium pilsner malt lightened even further with the addition of flaked rice. Only American hops were used in this fine lager - Sterling and Idaho 7 in the kettle and Citra and more Idaho 7 in the fermenter for the dry hop. After a low and slow fermentation followed by extended cold conditioning in a horizontal lagering tank, this finely tuned brew pours a brilliant, straw-light golden hue into a glass, evoking the glimmering colors of fireworks on a summer’s eve. You can expect a super light-bodied brew that is a pleasure to drink on any occasion. Liberty Pils radiates a mesmerizing, hoppy bouquet and its gentle bitterness is dialed in, ensuring an ultra-crispy and refreshing drinking experience.
