Brewed to be simple, enjoyable and drinkable. We used a blend of pilsner and two row malts, Mosaic and Motueka hops to make this one. While it’s clearly a hoppy beer, it has a crisp mineral finish. Notes of Sauvignon blanc, grape bubblegum, lemongrass and lime.

Draught at source: hazy yellow with white head. Aroma is citrusy, tropical fruitiness. Somewhat sharp, lightly sweet, some bitterness.

16 oz can from the brewery, 11/19/23. Pour a hazy lighter orange color with a creamy, frothy head and fairly strong lace. White wine grapes, stone fruit, and some citrus. Notes of resin to it as well. Pretty good.
