Bottle. Black colour with a tan head. Aroma is licorice, chocolate, coffee. Flavour is licorice, roasted malt, smoked, sugar, alcohol, coffee, chocolate. A beer to drink again. Very nice.

Bottle from YNWA Beershop, Kolding. Pours pitch black with a creamy beige head and lacings. Roast and lots of licorice. Hard roasted malts, soy and chocolate. Smooth and full bodied. A bit of warmth in the late finish. Very pleasant and sippable at 13%. Lovely!

Bottle, 13%. Almost black with small beige head. Aroma is roasted malts, chocolate, coffee, vinous with notes of alcohol. Flavour is roasted malts, chocolate, coffee, little vinous, little oak, medium sweet, hop, notes of alcohol, little liquorice and medium bitter. Not hiding the alcohol well.

Fra flaske på Tap1 mai-14: en eksepsjonelt smud, kompleks, saftig, vinøs og velsmakende imp.stout. Synd at den bare ble servert som 5cl. Denne må jeg kjøpe noen flasker av ved første anledning. En av kveldens beste (og det sier jeg rett etter å ha drukket Amagers King of Kentucky).

Bottle. Small head with short duration. Color is black. Aroma and taste are roadt malt, wood, smoky notes, chocolate, alcohol and hops. Quite sweet and a little too boozy. Initially good, but gets worse over time.

Bottle, 13% at KØ14. Creamy aroma, hint of vanilla. Black colour. Small light brown head. The flavour is very sweet with a mild port note. Sugary finish, jammy. Warming alcohol. Creamy and roasted aftertaste.

33 cl bottle. Pours pitch black, small brown head. Aroma is dense dark roasted malty, dense dark roasted to burned malty. Alcohol presence, dextrose sweetness. Subdued bitterness. Lasting dark malty and sweet impression.
