Huge citrus, lavender and peppery aromas intertwine with flavours of fresh berries and sweet citrus fruits. The sourness is bright and smooth, elegantly rounded off with the addition of vanilla.
Delicate, refreshing and crisp with a lavish balance and high drinkability.

CBJ Bottleshare. Thanks to Fergus. A mild haze on this apricot colour beer, small pale cream colour head. Light tart candy stone fruits. Lemon. A touch of lavender. Not a lavender bomb. Tart semi dry finish. Some floral sherbet. Light finish. Fine in small quantities.

Bottle shared at cbj beer tasting. Many thanks.. A peachy pink coloured pour with a halo of pink head. Aroma is perfume lavender, soapy, hibiscus. Big. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, sharp lemon, lavender, soapy, lemon rind, fizzy lemon, palate is sharp, tangy. Highish prickly carbonation. Quite unique.
