Clear dark red - brown beer with a residual tan head. Palate is slightly viscous with mild minerally carbonation. Caramel - toffee malt but not that sweet. Whispers of port wine and brandy. Touch of spice and a little ripe fruit. Mild chocolate in the aftertaste.

330 ml bottle. Hazy reddish orange body with a small off-white head. Aroma of sweetish malt, dry fruit and a bit spicy. Flavor is sweet malt, caramel, brown sugar, dry fruit and moderate fruity hops. It actually reminds me a bit about cough medicine. Nice body and sweet in aftertaste as well. Kinda nice dobbelbock, a bit robust, but ends up way too sweet for me.

Barely head at all. Aroma is slightly sweet fruity, caramel malts, dried fruits, toffee, grass, almond essence, yeast, dough, chocolate, thinner. Taste is slightly fruity, caramel malts, dried fruits, yeast, toffee, grass, almond essence, dough, nuts. Medium bitterness. Pretty boring really.
Veldig bra. Søt, alkoholisk, karamell, ren aroma, passelig bitter. Det er lite her som jeg misliker og som *ikke* er del av denne øltypen.

Draught @ GEIB, Grande Esposizione Italiane della Birra 2012, Nuova Fiera di Roma, via Portuense 1645, Rome, Italy 00100.Unclear medium amber orange colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, sweet malt, smoke notes, light to moderate hoppy, licorice hops. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and light to moderate bitter with a long duration, smoke, sweet malt, fruity, dry finish. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20121214]
