Polycask @ 28th Pigs Ear Beer and Cider Festival 2011, at The Round Chapel in Hackney, London, England.Clear medium to dark orange color with virtually no head. Aroma is moderate apple, wood, vanilla. Flavor is moderate sweet and light acidic with a average to long duration, woody, apples, dry dry. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat.
