Bottle. Lots of microfloaties in this one, golden in color and with a creamy, two-finger off-white head. Fruity aroma, quite weak., with some apple and citrus. A bit thin on the palate, quite dry, with a soft bitterness. Fruity flavor, some citrusy hints. Lacing a bit this one, but quite nice anyway. Tasteful though. 141228

Draft sample @ Fiera della Birra, Cesena ’14. Dorée trouble, col fin et crémeux blanc. Arôme est houblonné avec un agréable bouquet fruité et citronné. Palais offre un profil houblonné très en avant sans devenir trop dominant. Le tout indique une claire influence de houblons US avec un généreux côté agrumes, citronné rappelant un peu le Limoncello. Amarillo? Le malt, quant à lui, reste en retrait et donne un fini râpeux en bouche.

500 ml stylish dark green bottle, from the Norwegian importer. ABV is 5%, IBU 25, OG 1048. Pale straw colour, fairly clear till the yeast is pured in the end, large white head. Pleasant aroma of tropical fruits, esp. mango, some citrus too. Mild spicy notes when the yeast is poured. Fizzy mouthfeel. Medium sweet flavour, again notes of tropical fruits and citrus, but the bitterness is very moderate. .

500ml design bottle from Vinmonopolet Bestillingsutvalget. Initially a huge white head with fine retention to a near-clear, golden coloured body. Foamy lacework. Smell of ripe citrus, pale malts, and mild spices. Ripe lemony flavours added by pale malts, lightly spiced. Drying bitter finish. Soft in the mouth. Medium bodied. Perfect food matching with our spicy pizza (Tromsø 06.09.2014).

Flaske 500ml fra Vinmonopolet, Bestillingsutvalget. Delt med djoeye på Nerstranda 16 Aug 14. Lys gyldengusjegul. Høyt skinnende hvitt skum. Uklar. Aroma av plommer, fersken & sitrus. Smaken tynn. Litt sitrus men vassen & kjedelig.

Draught @ GEIB, Grande Esposizione Italiane della Birra 2012, Nuova Fiera di Roma, via Portuense 1645, Rome, Italy 00100.Light unclear medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted - caramel, fruity, herbs, light to moderate yeasty. Flavour is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average to long duration, fruity, herb, fruity, dry finish. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20121214]
