Can from Total Wine in Santa Rosa, CA. Pours light gold with a moderate white head. Aroma of bready malt and light tangerine. Med body. It's dry. Decently bitter. Flavor of bready malt supporting light tangerine and light spice. Nice.

16.9 oz can that was purchased as a single at Total Wine in Overland Park, Kansas. Canned Feb 05, 2025, BB May 06, 2026 - shame on me for not checking. The pour is clear pale golden with a well formed, and a fluffy two inch white head. Falls slowly with decent lace. The aroma is grain malt, herbal, floral hop. The taste is cereal grain, softly malt sweet, with the floral and herbal drying out the finish. The palate is medium to light bodied, soft carbonation, and the dry finish - a bit dirty in the after taste. Definitely will retry this fresh, given the opportunity.

It is a regular pils. All the things that you could expect, bitter, herbal hop, some malt, a bit watery and refreshing, tasting it during one trip in Nürnberg with friends, in one German restaurant.

Ljusgul klar vätska med sockervaddsfluffig skumkrona. Arom av ljust bröd, deg och gräs. Lätt maltighet med som drar mot vattnighet. Låg gräsig men markerad och ren beska. Lätt krispighet och med ett torrt avslutande bett.

Flasche von Getränke Hoffmann, Berlin. - Goldgelb, blank, kurzlebiger Schaum. - In der Nase mattes süßliches Malz und allzu milde Hopfennoten (Zitronenschale, Gras). - Antrunk mild hellmalzig mit schwachen aber feinen Hopfennoten: ein klein wenig Zitronenöl, etwas Gras. Mild rezent, schlank. Im Abgang verrät die etwas stumpfe Bittere den Hopfenextrakt. Mild herber Nachtrunk. - Erfrischendes, süffiges Pilsner mit angenehm zarter Malzsüße und aromatischer aber zu blasser Hopfung. Schmeckt auch noch bei höherer Trinktemperatur als den von Tucher empfohlenen barbarischen 6 °C. Die Kalthopfung könnte allerdings etwas kräftiger ausfallen.
