This smooth looking beer is aggressively bittered and hopped with the finest hops from the Willamette Valley. This big hop character is supported by equally impressive malt body. IPA is not for the faint of heart. All our hops are purchased directly fro Wolf Family Farms, a fifth generation grower.

Can. Orange, lime, and orange peel/pine aroma. Hazy golden yellow with large off-white head. Mildly sweet orange malt and moderately bitter grapefruit peel flavor. Nice body. Very nice.

Can 12fl.oz.Clear medium yellow colour with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly to fully lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, moderate to light heavy hoppy, citrus, grass, fruity hops, spicy hops. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20130112]

Can @ fonefan tasting. Clear golden with a lasting white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, caramel and moderate hoppy - fruity. Flavor is medium sweet and moderate bitter. Dry and moderate bitter finish. 120113

Can @ FOneFan, 6.5%. Slightly hazy golden with small white head. Aroma is malt, fruit, hops and citrus. Flavour is malt, citrus, little sweet, fruit, little grapefruit and medium bitter.

Can @ fonefan berliner weisse, cream ale multistate tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are hops, pine, citrus, malt and fruits.

12oz can-trade with heemer77-tight white-hazy yellow. A-pineapple. T-pineapple/orange hop with some bite, 2nd sweet lt/med malt. Nice, but the hops clash/or theres a slight astringency, cant tell which.
