Christmas food demands tasty, powerful beers. IPA ́s can cut through mostly everything, and this one is no exception. Orange peel is used for more punch. Dryhopped for even more punch. It ́s been rumored Santa Claus gives this to his reindeer for more punch. Hoppy Christmas!

On tap at Oliver Twist. Hazy light amber with a firm white head. Aroma of hops, citrus, some pine and light orange. The same in the taste, also some malt and hints of caramel. The body was medium as was the bitterness.

330 ml bottle. Unclear dark golden body with a nice off-white head. Aroma has more malt than hops, malt, bread, medium citric fruit and hint of pine. Flavor is quite sweet malt, some caramel, dry fruit, pine and not much bitterness for an IPA. Medium body, actually surprisingly light bodied to be this malt driven beer. Drinkable but unbalanced.
