Bottle 75ml.ABV: 6.5%. Light unclear medium to dark yellow orange colour with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, caramel, moderate to heavy hoppy, moderate to heavy yeasty, leather, brett, light earthy. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet, light acidic and moderate bitter with a long duration, yeasty, dry, brett, soapy, light citrus. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20130111]

Bottle, 6,5%. Hazy amber with small off-white head. Aroma is malt, brett, little citrus, fruit and hop. Flavour is malt, hops, earthy, brett, little dry, yeast, little soapy and a little bitter.

Bottle @ fonefan berliner weisse, cream ale multistate tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is amber. Aroma and taste are brett, white wine, wood, caramel, earthy hops, grass and fruits. Great name pun.

Bottle @ Berliner Weisse Takeover, Ulfborg 2013. Pours cloudy golden with a creamy white head. Earth, funk, dust, yeast and fruit. Some grapes. Incomplex and yeasty.

Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Hazy reddish amber with a lasting off-white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, caramel, fruity and bretty. Flavor is quite sweet and moderate acidic. Dry and moderate acidic finish. 110113

Bottled:
Pours a deep, hazy amber colour with a rich head. Sour and funky aroma with notes of cherries, red wine and blue cheese. Tart flavour of oak barrells, cherry stones and red wine. Really good!

Bottled. An unclear amber beer with a lazing beige head. The aroma has notes of alcohol, malt, and brettanomyces. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, brettanomyces, and fruits, leading to a tart finish. Thanks yespr for sharing.

Bottle 75 cl. Courtesy of yespr. Pours a cloudy opaque amber with a lively and frothy yellowish head leaving some lacework. Oddly sweet Bretty nose with a chemical tang. Medium body, soft carbonation. Sweet overipe fruit, pleasant oaky notes and subtle barnyard. Never really tart or anything. Kinda enjoyable. 131212

75 cl bottle. Pours hazy orange with a ðense off white head. Aroma is greasy hoppy, light bretty. Bitter, dry brett and greasy hoppy. Bitter, grapefruity and light peachy. Bretty and dry citrusy to grapefruity.

Bottle. Pours dark amber with off white head. Nose/taste of crack malt, Brett, lemon, yeast, citrus and lemongrass. Medium body. Light tartness. Well balanced.
