Die Wiesener Räuber Weisse zeigt eine goldgelbe Farbe, typische Hefetrübung und einen voluminösen, festen, schneeweißen Schaumberg im Glas. Die Nase findet fruchtige Aromen nach reifer Banane und Gewürznelken, aber auch eine Spur Citrusfrüchte.
Der Trunk ist anregend spritzig und zeigt eine harmonisch abgerundete Fruchtigkeit und einen angenehmen Malzkörper.
Auch hier dominieren die bananigen Aromen. Das Bier zeichnet sich durch eine milde Bittere aus. Der Nachtrunk klingt frisch, fruchtig und leicht säuerlich am Gaumen aus.

500ml bottle. Cloudy orangey-golden colour with huge frothy white head. Spicy sharp aroma, yeasty and wheaty, suppressed fruit aroma. Taste has more fruit, but in an insipid mode. Spicyness regains consciousness at the end.

Bügelverschlußflasche: Golden, almost clear, lively carbonation, small, but stable creamy white head; restrained aromas of ripe bananas in the nose, shy cloves in the background; light to moderate sweetish-sourish flavour, light bodied, especially for a beer of 5.2%; short sourish-fruity and sweetish, too, finish. O.K.…

Bottled (thanks Timo A!). Golden colour, small off-white head. Aroma is wheat, some fruits, mild herbs and spices along with some bread and yeast. Flavour is fruits, caramel, mild toasted notes as well as some slight yeast and sweet bready notes.

(bottle) Hazy, pale golden colour with a fluffy foamy white head. Dusty, light-sweet malty aroma with ripe apricots and a touch of banana. Light-sweet, minimal-sour flavour, rather slim bodied with a mineral-water-like, slightly fizzy impression. Restrained wheaty and fruity-yeasty taste; rather slim, slightly wheaty, fruity finish. Not overwhelming, slim-tasting but refreshing Weizen.
