Pours clear deep golden with a off-white head. Aroma has notes of malt, burnt plastic, apples and herbs. Taste is medium sweet and light bitter. Body is medium, texture is thin to oily, carbonation is soft.

Bottle. An almost clear one, dark golden in color and with a small, dense, off-white head on top. It’s lighlty syrupy in the aroma, fruity and lightly caramel-ish, with pale malts and a generic fruityness. Something strange too, plastic, dusty cellar notes. Medium body, pleasant carbonation, semi-dry. Quite fruity flavor, pears and some faint orange hints. Pale malts and some caramel hints. A touch of bitterness towards the end. Certainly not my favorite beer, not even from Viborg. 121124
