Acquired in a trade a long time ago. 75CL in a wine glass. Total BS gusher! Lost half of the bottle which came all over my floor which is really pissing me off! !!!!!!!!
A - Due to gushing, the yeast really changed the appearance of this beer. Looks like mushed raspberry soup, no head, still and murky red.
S - TONS of brett on the nose with cherries and cranberries
T - Oak, earthy, dry and funky. Not a ton of floral characters. Bit of a disappointment compared to indigo
M - Medium body, tons of carbonation, tingling floral sensation.
O - This is still a great beer but the gushing of it is upsetting. Either way, enjoyable but indigo is better.

Bottle, 75cl. A gusher, producing a collapsing off-white head over an unclear, orange colored body. The aroma is fruity and lightly yeasty, with something rose-like and a bretty touch. It’s quite effervescent, medium bodied and dry. The flavor is very flowery and quite sourish, with funky hints and some lemon and generic fruityness. Lasting flowery finish. Well, it certainly didn’t do anything special for me, but it’s a quite pleasant beer anyway. 121109

Medium yellow head, dark red-amber beer. Berries, wild fruit, "seathorn". Subdued fruit in the mouth; much barnyard Brett; with a dry finish and earthy notes. Dry, rather well-bodied, slick to oily. Strange combination, good result.
