Draught at the brewpub; Stammwürze 12,4%
Cloudy blond color. It’s an unoffensive Weisse, with a light spicy touch and a touch of lemon and banana; the flavor is more pleasant than the aroma. Low bitterness. It’s the most interesting of their beers.

(bottle, purchased at the brewpub) Cloudy, orange colour with a big but non-persistent, slightly off-white frothy head. Sweet and yeasty, slightly wheaty nose with a fruity touch of ripe citrus-fruits and notes of cloves and vanilla. Medium-sweet and slightly bitter-tart flavour, light to medium bodied with a lively, slightly sharp and not perfectly matured carbonation. Wheaty and slightly fruity and yeasty taste; dry-ish, sweet and bitter-tart finish. Mediocre (26.02.08).
