Cask at Pig’s Ear Beer Festival, London. Clear pale golden. Sweet and creamy with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Spun sugar, citrus and custard. Low bitterness.

Cask@Pigs Ear Beer Festival 2011. Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is caramel, wood, fruits, some earth and mild biscuity notes. Flavour is fruity, wooden, caramelly, earthy and mildly toasted as well. Ends rather bready and a bit sweet fruity/floral hoppy.
