(Can) Pours hazy pale gold. It was wildly overcarbonated and I lost quite a lot on opening the can. What I got in the glass had a huge head which fizzled away for a while until it completely disappeared. Aroma of yeast and pepper. Light body with fine bright carbonation. Taste is pleasant enough, but a bit one dimensional. There’s refreshing tangy lime. There’s some hints if pepper and maybe salt. It’s pleasant and unusual but not very interesting.
