Cask@Pigs Ear Beer Festival 2011. Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is bready malts, some fruity and floral notes as well as mild herbal tones. Flavour is grassy, fruity and mildly wooden with some slight bready maltyness.

cask at Bacchus ... newcastle ...copper ... thin white head ... sweet fruits ... just like belhaven fruits nose ... no fruit in flavour ... soft dry light toffee malts ... ok
