Unser Kelleräffla ist namentlich an ein Bier angelehnt das einst im Frankenwald gebraut wurde. Die kleine Illustration, die das Etikett unseres Bieres ziert, stammt aus der Feder des Intendanten der Kronacher Faustfestspiele, Daniel Leistner. So mysteriös unser Kelleräffla auch zu sein scheint, wird es doch des Öfteren von Besuchern der Brauerei zu später Stunde beim Besuch der Bierkeller gesichtet. Hauptbestandteile unseres Urhell sind bestes Gerstenmalz sowie ein besonderes Caramalz. Mit seiner milden Hopfennote und erfrischendem Geschmack eignet sich dieses Bier gut gekühlt für vielerlei Anlässe.

Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are sweet malt, grass and hops.

Bottled. A light golden beer with a white head. The aroma has notes of straw, eggs, and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of eggs, straw, and malt, leading to a dry finish. Thanks yespr for sharing.

50 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden yellow with a small white head. Grassy and light cornish aroma. Sweet, toasted malty and light grassy. Bitter and vague straw. Bitter and grassy finish.

Bottle 50 cl. Courtesy of yespr. Pours clear golden with a white head. Clean malty nose. Medium body, a clean maltiness with a sulphurous edge. Hardly any bitterness. 301012

500ml bottle. Clear golden colour with small collapsing micropore head. Grainy aroma with a fruity touch, decent sweetness. Monotonous sweet caramel malty taste.

Bottled (from bierzwerg.de). Yellowish golden colour with a mediumsized white head that vanishes quite quickly. Aroma is bready malts, herbs, grass and some mild buttery notes. Flavour is bready malts, mild wood, herbs and ends in a rather grassy bitterness. Mild floral notes as well in the finish.
